Challenge

The client is a market leader in the AI powered e-Marketing sector with over 1M active users. However, the SAAS solution was lacking a tool for the users to create email templates for own marketing campaigns. The main challenge was to develop an email editor that would collaborate closely with the available Marketing Platform Merged Tag Management Custom API in order to exchange the data between the email editor and the main marketing campaign.
Another important challenge was to ensure the high availability of the service given the number of online active users.

Solution

Flux Technologies has offered to develop an independent email editor system that would be designed in a micro services architecture with the possibility to easily be integrated with any third party solution for bi-directional data exchange.

Moreover, the proposed tool allowed the engineers on client's side to easily embed the editor without any major challenge by enabling the available single sign on (SSO) for the Editor to authenticate the user, fetch and set tagged information using the tokens that are available in the template email, set and get pictures used in the email template and etc.

Being built on top of up to date technologies, the tool ensures the integrity with the available applications as well as the high availability and performance.

Results

The provided solution was robust and the integration process passed as per the initial planning with no major challange.
