The Customer is coming from US/California with an initiative to build a SaaS platform for businesses to easily create and sign contracts online and make the payments electronically. Nowadays over 130 countries are legally binding e-signatures, thus the paper based contracts, invoices and payments became unproductive in terms of time and accountability.
The offered solution was to build a SaaS platform for the businesses for managing the contracts and process the payments through the platform.We came up with a sophisticated contract online designer that allows the client to create custom contracts in less than 5 minutes. As part of the designer the Sales team is able to define the terms of the payments (recurring and one-time) for the system to collect automatically from the clients account. In order to achieve the goal, the following main features are developed for the platform: - Contract designer - Streamlined E-Signature - Team Control and Approvals - Automated Billing via Stripe API - SMS and Email notifications
The SaaS solution has changed the way the large, small and medium sized businesses handle the contracts and the payments. It made extremely easy and quick to create contracts, get them signed and process the payments online by setting up the terms of the billings.
